In 1987, the Lewis family opened Conway Locker Plant. The building built in the 40s had a charm that immediately attracted them.
When Pauline and Joe retired in 2002, Randal their son purchased the business from them and it became Conway Fresh Meat. It is currently ran by Randal and Christina Lewis (pictured to the left).
Over the years our children have worked on and off at the market until finding their own paths, ( Ryan, Riley, Reece, Laney, Heather, and Charlie). We have 7 children, 6 grandchildren and one on the way. Randal has lived in this community his entire life and we have raised our children in this community.
